Strivenix exists because hiring and technology delivery shouldn't require five different vendors to get right. Our team has spent over a decade in the trenches of staffing and technology work — placing talent, building software, and standing up offshore teams for companies that needed a partner who actually understood both sides of the table. We built Strivenix to bring that experience together under one roof: staffing, technology, and AI, delivered to the same standard, across the US and India. Not a generalist doing a bit of everything — a team that's done this work long enough to know where it usually goes wrong, and how to avoid it.

Why Strivenix Started
Strivenix started as an answer to a gap our team kept seeing firsthand: companies stitching together separate vendors for hiring, contract staffing, and technology projects, when what they actually needed was one partner who could do all three well.
